What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, dealership, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, role, city and state, store type, the program you’re interested in, and your message. If you take the cost-per-car challenge, we also collect the three numbers you enter: last month’s third-party lead spend, leads received, and cars sold from those leads. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, evaluate whether the programs we represent fit your store, prepare the cost comparison for your demo, and follow up about those programs.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host this website and process form submissions for us.
• Program partners that provide the programs you ask about, when needed to evaluate or provide them.
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights.

Fonts

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email dealerinquiry@sevenclair.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
